1. Acceptance of Terms

By using sotto, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

sotto is a personal AI agent that coordinates your life by communicating via Telegram, SMS, email, and phone calls. sotto can manage your calendar, send messages, make phone calls, search the web, and coordinate with other users' AI agents on your behalf.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use sotto. By using the service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed.

5. AI-Generated Content

sotto's responses and actions are generated by artificial intelligence. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You agree that:

You will not rely on sotto's outputs as a sole source of factual information
You will not use sotto as a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial)
You use sotto's outputs at your own risk
You are responsible for reviewing and approving actions sotto takes on your behalf

6. Agent-to-Agent Communication

By using sotto, you consent to:

Your AI agent sharing limited data (name, availability, preferences) with other users' AI agents during coordination
Other users' agents receiving information about your availability and preferences necessary for coordination
sotto making decisions about scheduling and coordination on your behalf, subject to your trust settings

You can control what data is shared and set trust levels for different contacts.

7. Phone Calls

sotto can make AI-powered phone calls on your behalf (e.g., restaurant reservations, appointment booking). By requesting a phone call, you authorize sotto to place the call and conduct the conversation as instructed. sotto is not liable for outcomes of phone calls, including incorrect bookings or miscommunications.

8. SMS / Text Messaging

Message frequency varies based on your usage
Message and data rates may apply
Reply STOP to opt out at any time
Reply HELP for assistance

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use sotto to:

Engage in any unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity
Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
Send spam or unsolicited messages through sotto
Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or extract the AI models or systems
Overwhelm the service with automated requests

10. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all data you provide to sotto. sotto retains ownership of the service, software, and AI models. AI-generated content created during your use of the service may be used by you for any purpose.

11. Third-Party Services

sotto integrates with third-party services (Google Calendar, Gmail, Telegram, Twilio, Bland.ai, OpenAI). These services have their own terms and privacy policies. sotto is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of third-party services.

12. Service Availability

sotto is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, sotto and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to missed appointments, incorrect bookings, failed communications, or data loss.

14. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of sotto after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
